Tom Neill

Artist Spotlight | The Art of the Ride – Tour de Pier

The Art of the Ride brings together artists from across the South Bay to transform stationary bikes into powerful works of public art. Tom Neill is an LA-based creative whose work bridges studio art, design, and community programming to use art as a tool for connection.

Neill serves as Co-Director of the South Bay Artist Collective and teaches creativity and consciousness at Resin for Indivisible Arts in Hermosa Beach. Through his work with youth and community members, he uses art as a tool for mental and emotional health, self-expression, and connection.

Neill's artistic practice spans painting, design, and collaborative creative projects that explore identity, awareness, and personal transformation.

Creativity has the power to heal, inspire, and bring people together around shared purpose.

For The Art of the Ride, Neill transforms a stationary bike into a piece that reflects both physical and emotional movement.

Tom's bike will be featured at the Manhattan Village Mall in front of the Apple store as part of The Art of the Ride, a city-wide public art experience building excitement for Tour de Pier 2026.
