Dear Friends and Family,
Ara was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, thymic carcinoma, in late November. He is currently undergoing treatment which includes chemotherapy, and possibly surgery and/or radiation therapy. Ara is doing his best to keep his spirits high and his outlook positive and he has a lot to fight for as we welcomed a beautiful new daughter, Siena Frankie, on December 31.
This is a horrible disease that touches far too many lives, but one of the things that has helped us through the treatment process is the local Cancer Support Community of Redondo Beach, CA, which is one of the three beneficiaries of the Tour de Pier fundraising efforts.
